I just had to write to you to let you know how much we appreciated the time and attention you put into my son’s Birkman report and sharing session. His comment after you shared his report was “Wow, that was bang on, it makes me feel really understood”. Thank you so much for making it such a personal and reflective process for all of us. This information will be so important for him moving forward and enable him to make choices that feel right for him and help him use his gifts and talents.

I am eternally grateful for all of the time and effort you put into my Birkman Consultation. You were so thorough and explained everything in a relatable and applicable way. It was such helpful information for me, especially when thinking about what courses to choose for Grade 12. Our session left me feeling confident and far more prepared with my decisions about what I might want to pursue for post-secondary studies. Since my assessment I have found myself making changes to create a better environment for myself, based on my Birkman results.

My goal was to learn more about myself and which jobs will be the best fit for me. The Birkman Report along with the feedback session have greatly helped me achieve those goals. I love the detailed information in the Report and the way it was reviewed in the feedback session. It was very helpful.

My son really took data from his Birkman Assessment to heart and realized he needed to exercise his artistic talents and it has proven to be the golden ticket for him.
